Art Robbins Instruments has developed the ideal plate for your crystallography applications - the Intelli-Plate.
The NEW Intelli-Plate 24-4 is a 24 well sitting drop plate for crystallization screening and optimization. It features 4 protein wells for each of the 6 screen reserviors. The reagent reservoir has a volume of 650 µl. The 4 protein wells have a volume of 5 µl.
The Intelli-Plate 96 is a 96 well sitting drop vapor diffusion crystallography plate. Each plate is arranged in a 8 x 12 array. Each array location has a reservoir well and two sample wells - each of different sizes. The maximum fill volume of each reservoir well is 140μl, with 4μl and 10μl for the two sample wells.
ARI introduces a new 3 well Intelli-Plate. This plate features three 1.0μL reaction wells and a 140μL screen reservoir. Each identical well features a round bottom for easy crystal harvesting.
The Intelli-Plate 48-2 is a 48 well sitting drop vapor diffusion crystallography plate for optimization. Each plate is arranged in a 6 x 8 array. Each of the 48 array locations has a reservoir well and two sample wells - one round and one elongated. The maximum fill volume of each reservoir well is 500μl, with 4μl for the round sample well and 20ul for the elongated sample well.
The Intelli-Plate 48-3 is a 48 well sitting drop vapor diffusion crystallography plate for screening. Each plate is arranged as a 6 x 8 array. Each of the 48 array locations has a reservoir well and three identical sample wells. The maximum fill volume of each reservoir well is 500μl, with 4μl for each of the three sample wells.
All versions of the Intelli-Plate have the SBS microplate footprint and standard well spacing and are ideal for manual or automated processing. All are made from an optically clear polymer.
